Registration for foreign nationals residing in Uganda. Requires a valid immigration facility issued for more than 90 days.

📋 Registration Scenarios

1. Alien Registration (First Time)

🛂 A valid passport or equivalent travel document and a valid Uganda visa.
📁 A valid immigration facility issued for a period exceeding 90 days under the Uganda Citizenship and Immigration Control Act, Cap. 313, namely:
- 💼 Work Permit
- 🎓 Student or Pupil's Pass
- 👨‍👩‍👧 Dependant's Pass
- 🏠 Certificate of Residence
- ⏳ Special Pass
- 📄 Any other valid immigration facility
🏦 Proof of bank payment of USD 100.
📝 Duly filled-in enrolment Form 4.
💰 Fee applicable: USD 100.

🎫 Document issued: An Alien ID.

2. Replacement of Lost / Defaced / Damaged Alien ID

🚔 Police letter or report.
🏦 Presentation of bank payment receipt of USD 100.
📝 Duly filled-in Form 12.
💰 Fees applicable: USD 100.

🎫 Document issued: An Alien ID.

3. Change of Residence

✍️ Letter of introduction from the LC1 of the new place of residence.
💰 Fees applicable: UGX 200,000.

⚠️ Important: The immigration facility must be valid for a period exceeding 90 days. Short-stay permits and tourist visas are not eligible for Alien ID registration.

💡 Tip: Bring original documents plus photocopies. The immigration facility must be presented in original form for verification.
