What you need to register
🆔 NIRA Registration
✅ FREE OF CHARGERegister for a National Identification Number (NIN) and obtain your National ID card. Required for all Ugandan citizens aged 16 and above.
📋 Requirements
- ✍️ LC1 Letter in NIRA format (signed by the Local Council 1 Chairperson and the District Internal Security Officer — DISO).
- 📄 Copy of the National ID of parent(s) / grandparent(s).
- 📝 Duly filled-in enrolment Form 3.
- 💰 Fees applicable: Nil.
🎫 Document issued: A National ID for persons aged 16 and above.
