REQUIREMENTS FOR AN APPLICANT REGISTERING FOR THE FIRST TIME/ADVISED TO RE-REGISTER 1. LC 1 Letter in NIRA Format (Signed by Local Council 1 Chairperson and District Internal Security Officer (DISO) 2. Attach of copy of National ID of parent (s)/grandparents (s). 3. Copy of the National ID of parent(s) / grandparent(s).
3.
Duly filled-in enrolment Form 3.
4.
Fees applicable: Nil.
Document issued: A National ID for persons aged 16 and above.
Note: If the applicant is below 18 years, requirement 1 is not applicable.
