📋 4. Under Article 9 of the 1995 Constitution

• 🛂 Previous passports of self, parents, or grandparents.
• 📁 Previous immigration records.
• 📜 Certificate of repossession.
• 👶 Birth certificates.
• 📝 Duly filled-in enrolment Form 3.
